I’ve lived in Acworth, where my husband and I built our home and raised our family, for 43 years. Teaching as public high school math teacher and now as a community college adjunct has been enriched by community participation and service – Acworth Budget Committee and Cemetery Trustees and formerly the Conservation Commission; United Church of Acworth, volunteering at the library and the community run South Acworth Village Store. Since my retirement from full-time teaching, I’ve worked as a lake host for NH Lakes and been active in social justice through the Economic Mission Group of the NH Conference of the United Church of Christ, the NH Faith and Labor Alliance, the Moral Economy Table.
