Carroll, Jefferson, Kilkenny, Whitefield

Back to all candidates

I moved to NH in 1989 to begin my career as a lawyer assisting people in need in private practice and then as the director of the Domestic Violence Advocacy Project at New Hampshire Legal Assistance. I also focused on protecting the civil rights of the LGBTQ+ community and lobbied at the statehouse to pass anti-discrimination laws. Since moving and retiring to Whitefield 7 years ago, I have volunteered at the Whitefield Public Library, the Weathervane Theatre, the Whitefield Fall Community Festival and am currently serving as Trustee of the Trust Fund for the town of Whitefield.

Top Priorities

  • Defending reproductive freedom.
  • Supporting public education and finding a fair and equitable way to fund it.
  • Protecting LGBTQ+ civil rights.
