I was one of the leaders of Stand Up for Croydon Students that made national news by restoring the 53% Free Stater initiated school budget cut in 2022. Skills from my career as a dietitian/diabetes educator/small business owner as well as being a middle child mean I know how to motivate, educate and find common ground, usually with some humor involved. I see legislative work through the lens of how it impacts the world for my granddaughter.
